| 摘 要： | 卧底侦查作为一种有效侦破有组织犯罪的侦查手段,在我国的侦查实践中运用广泛,但我国立法上与卧底侦查相关的法律规制却仍是一片空白。随着诉讼观念的更新,卧底侦查所暴露出来的问题也越来越受到人们的关注。由此,有必要切实加强卧底侦查的立法规制,建立完整的法律体系。

| Abstract: | The detection is exerted widely in the detective practice as an efficient means of unearthing the organized crime in China.However,the relative legal rules in legislation have been still a blank.With the innovation of lawsuit ideas,the problems exposed by the detection are paid more and more attention.So it's necessary to strengthen the legislation of the detection and construct a integrated law system. |
