评析2011年度美日“2＋2”会议

2011年6月21日,美日两国外交部长和国防部长在华盛顿举行了新一轮安全保障协商委员会会议（简称“2＋2”会议）。会议制定了新的美日共同战略目标,突出共同应对所谓“中国威胁”,讨论了加强美日同盟的新措施并达成协议。美日双方对本次会议都十分重视。2011年正值美日同盟成立50周年。更重要的是,因为2009年9月日本民主党执政后,时任首相鸠山由纪夫提出“对等的日美关系”、“东亚共同体”等政策,被认为是“疏远美国”的政策,令美国颇为不满。日美关系缓和后,双方都希望能有一次高级别会议结束过去一段不愉快的插曲,使日美关系能回到以往亲密无间的友好状态,巩固和加强美日同盟。

A Review of the U.S.-Japan 2+2 Conference in 2011

The Secretary of State and Defense Minister of the U.S.met theircounterparts of Japan on June 21,2011 in new round of the Security Consultative Committee meeting(known as the 2+2 Conference),which worked out their new common strategic goals,took confronting the so-called China Threat as their common initiative,and discussed the new measures to strengthen their alliance as well as reached an agreement.
