Small and Medium Sized Enterprises' CSR in Africa: Status Quo and Some Recommendations

With Chinese investment in Africa increasing rapidly, small and medium sized enterprises have become the main force in numbers. But some of them are lack in concerns of national strategic interest, which adversely affects China's national image and the implementation of her African strategy. In this regard, China should perfect her regulating mechanism in view of Africa's special needs by working out CSR for her small and medium sized enterprises operating in Africa.
