| Abstract: | This dissertation reviews the classification of securities offering supervision legal system, which may be classified as authoritative system and registration system.Firstly, it explores the definitions, characteristics, supervision and legal purpose of both systems. Secondly, it has been contended that both systems have their advantages and disadvantages and hence they can be learned from each other. Thirdly, relating the reform and development of the securities offering supervision legal system in China, it hopes that it will benefit the reform and perfection of this legal system in China. |
