国外扩大内需措施的启示

有效需求不足，特别是内需不足，是制约我国经济持续稳定发展的重要原因。国外一些国家在解决国内需求不足时采取的增加财政支出．扩大公共投资；实行税制改革，减免税收；倡导个人消费信贷，促进消费；扶植中小企业，扩大就业等措施，对我国政府实施积极财政政策，增加有效需求具有一定的借鉴意义。
