| 摘 要： | 工业园区是许多国家尤其是发达国家发展高新技术及其产业的有效形式及重要载体。改革以来,我们大胆借鉴这一形式,在全国范围内兴办各种开发区,大大提高了我国对外开放的整体水平及高科技产业的发展能力,成为所在地区经济发展新的增长点。县域经济发展也完全可以通过建立工业园区,培育增长点。
