| Abstract: | Building innovation-oriented party is a strategic mission for advancing the new great work of party construction in the new period.Sociality and characteristics of the times are two theoretical dimensions for thinking about the construction of innovation-oriented party.Building innovation-oriented party is an important task for always keeping the advanced nature of the Party,the necessary requirement for enhancing the ruling ability of the Party,and the radical guarantee for realizing the tenet of the Party. |
