| 摘 要： | 权力秩序即权力的惯常规定性。要理解权力秩序,先必须解读权力资源与权力关系。人类社会权力秩序演进的历史,就是人为权力秩序向法治权力秩序演进的历史。法治权力秩序是以宪法为基础的,并遵循着普遍的伦理法则。当代中国权力秩序历经了从集权到分权的历程,并逐渐走向民主与法治的轨道。

| Abstract: | Power order is the usual regulation of power. In order to understand power order, we must research the relation between power resource and power relations. The history of development of power order in social, which is the development history of artificial power order transfer to law power order.Law power order is based on constitution and abide by common ethics rules. Present-day's power order of China transfers from concentrated power to separated power, and becomes to democracy and rule of law. |
