关于实现中苏关系正常化的理论思考

苏联解体前夕,中苏两个世界上最大的社会主义国家历经了30余年的冰封期后,终于实现了不结盟、不对抗、不针对第三国的关系正常化。从中国方面而言,中苏关系正常化是在邓小平外交思想指导下实现的。邓小平的和平与发展、坚持国家利益为最高准则、独立自主、务实外交等四个方面的外交思想在中苏关系正常化过程中发挥了重要的指导作用。

REFLECTION ON ACHIEVING RELATIONS NORMALIZATION BETWEEN CHINA AND THE SOVIET UNION

On the eve of the Soviet collapse,the two biggest socialist countries of the world at last achieved a relations normalization in terms of nonalignment,nonantagonism and not-aimed at any third country after a more than thirty-year ice-bound period.For Chinese side,the normalized relations were achieved under the direction of Deng Xiao-ping's diplomatic ideas which were known as"peace and development,hold national interests as a highest norm,maintain independence and keep the initiative in Chinese own hands,pragmatic diplomacy."
