| 摘 要： | 由民族、宗教问题所引发的大规模骚(暴)乱事件,规模大,蔓延快,参与者成分比较复杂,事件严重破坏社会秩序,危害国家安全。由于此类事件涉及的问题比较敏感,因此,公安机关在处置过程中,在处置策略和用兵方略上,要正确把握政策法规界限,充分发挥公安机关和武装警察的整体作战优势,根据不断变化的情况,审时度势,活用战法,做到有理有利有节。

| Abstract: | Disturbance event caused by nationality issues and religions turns to be of a grand scale and a fast spreading with various participaters resulting in destroy of social public order and harmness of national safety. Because of its touchy situation,police should grasp concerned policy and regulations to bring policing forces into play during the disposal. |
