On Law Journals during the Chinese Hsinhai Revolution and Learning Laws from the West

During the Chinese Hsinhai Revolution,a large number of Law journals emerged in succession,introducing Western laws and legal systems comprehensively so that legal knowledge from western countries were disseminated in China,which had stimulated Chinese people＇s awareness of law and citizen rights.Thus,these law journals offer channels for learning laws from the West and provide models for legal transplant and modification of domestic laws,acting as a cornerstone and enlightenment for the initiation and development of Chinese laws and jurisprudence.
