| Abstract: | To be people-focused is the basis of constructing a well-off society; to make the people living in plenty is the only way to the well-off society; and people living in plenty is the objective of building a well-off society. To achieve the great objective of building a well-off society, we must exert great efforts to develop private economy, to make our people living in plenty first, then to make our country prosperous, following a virtuous circle that the people live in plenty and the country strong. |
