Under the marketing economy,many enterprises would disappear just after a short splendid period.Though the washing out of some enterprises is normal and helpful to the distribution of the social resources,too high "death rate" of the enterprises will cause some negative impact.Therefore,it is of great necessity to study how the enterprises themselves can obtain sustainable development.From the view of economics and management,the author learns from the theory of enterprise life cycle,theory of resource basis and theory of core competitive power,and then points out that the key factor for an enterprise's sustainable development is the dynamic development of the enterpriser's spirit and the enterprise's competitive advantage.
