“合同法”教学与新形势下司法考试的对接

在校本科生参加国家举办的司法考试,势必会影响到课堂中的法学教学。所以,在＂合同法＂的授课中,应当坚持理论传授的主要目的,兼顾学生参加司法考试的需要,适度地压缩理论知识的灌输,增加对课程辅导,相应调整考核方式,借助多种方式进行课后交流。

On Butting of Contract Law Teaching and Judicial Examination under the New Situation

Participating in judicial exam held by our country among undergraduates,it will inevitably affect the classroom teaching of law.Therefore,during the process of teaching Contract Law,we should adhere to the main aim of theory teaching,take into account students' requirement of judicial examination,reduce appropriately theoretical indoctrination,increase guidance on curriculum,adjust assessment methods accordingly and have after-school exchanges by many ways.
