| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO之后,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,企业中高级经济管理者即经理人的素质和能力成为决定企业发展的重要因素。因此,经理人的战略决策能力、组织实施能力,知人善任、团结带领整个集体和谐发展,是企业发展所需、经理人必备的重要素质。

| Abstract: | The competition between corporations becomes gradually fierce after the China joined the WTO. The high or intermediate manager' diathesis and ability in the corporation are important factor which determines development. Therefore , The manager's abilities of strategy and decision-making, organiziry knowing one's subordinates well enough to assign them jobs commensurate with their abilities, holding together and guiding collectivity to harmonious development are their important diathesis . |
