| 摘 要： | 共识虽然是论证的出发点,但是仅有程序性共识的起点,不一定能够得出实质性共识的结论。要解决这一难题,需要将共识理论与程序的论证理论相结合,使认证从实质性共识出发,遵守理性的程序论证规则,使我们既知道将要追求的价值理论是什么,将要做的是什么,又有程序性的规则保证我们所追求的东西并不是任意的价值。

| Abstract: | Consensus is the starting point of argumentation. However, a substantial conclusion can not be drawn only with the starting point of a procedural consensus. To solve this problem, we should first combine the theory of consensus with the theory of procedural argumentation so that the argumentation can start with a substantial consensus and abide by the rules of rational argumentation. Therefore, we can know the value theory we pursue, what we are doing and the procedural rules can ensure what we pursue is not arbitrary value. |
