| 摘 要： | 法医学鉴定书及法医学鉴定结论是诉讼中非常重要的证据，直接关系到能否正确认定案件事实，能否真正做到司法公正。但目前我国法医学鉴定书的制作仍处于一种较为混乱的局面，应尽快改变这种局面。
