| Abstract: | It is known that the direct investment of enterprise can accelerate the optimization of industrial structure,and foreign learners have already deduced the conclusion in theory study.The direct investment of China's enterprise have promoted the optimization of industrial structure in allocating the resources properly,promoting the transformation of industrial structure which bases on technology development;enhancing the quality of industrial and boosting industrial development through mutual affecting.It is required that we should analyse and study the questions mentioned above by further step in order to serve the practice of direct investment of China's enterprise. |
