新形势下高校突发事件应急管理研究

当前,随着国社会经济转型,网络普及,大学生道德、价值观发生巨大变化,我国高校突发事件呈现出易发性和较大的破坏性,这导源于缺乏预防机制和处置不力建立。强化高校突发事件应急管理,一是要建立预防机制,提高学生突发事件的应对知识,加强学生心理干预,重视常态管理;二是要建立应对机制,应成立应急小组,建立并完善高校突发事件动态监控和干预机制;三是要建立完善的沟通体系,加强与媒体的互动加强内外的交流沟通。

Study on the Management of University Emergency Under the new situation

At present,as the transition of our economy and society and the popularization of the network,the ethics and values of college students are changing greatly.Originated from the lack of appropriate prevention and disposal mechanism,campus emergencies in our country tend to be susceptibile and destructive.To reinforce the emergency management,we should first build a prevention mechanism to improve students＇ emergency response knowledge and improve the students＇ psychological intervention;secondly,we should build a coping mechanism,form a emergency response team,establish and perfect the university emergency dynamic monitoring and intervention mechanism;thirdly,we should build a perfect communication system to strengthen the communication with media.
