| Abstract: | Penal Code casted by Zi Chan is a controversial historical event with different judgments.However,it is good for us to have a deep understanding of the impact on the state policy,legislative and judicial systems at that time and the enlightening significance to our socialist legal construction in the present day China by interpreting the nature,historical background,content and significance of the Penal Code casted by Zi Chan. |
