| 摘 要： | 大学生自杀立法防控体系可从大学生自杀防控立法的理由与原则,大学生自杀防控教育引导的立法思路,大学生自杀防控管理机制的立法框架三个层次进行初步探讨,它的建立有利于保障大学生生命健康权益,推进大学生自杀预防工作,促进大学生健康成长,维护和增进社会和谐稳定。

| Abstract: | College students suicide legislation prevention and control system can be discussed from the following three levels： the legislation principle and reasons for a college students suicide prevention and control system, the legislative idea of college students suicide prevention education and the legislation framework of a college students＂ suicide prevention and control management mechanism. The establishment of such a system is conducive to ensuring the life and health fights of college students, promoting college students suicide prevention work, boosting the healthy growth of college students, maintaining and enhancing the harmony and stability of the society. |
