中小学校园安全研究——以防范外来暴力犯罪侵害为视角

近年来,在中小学校园及周边地区,在上下学期间,频繁发生的暴力犯罪案件严重威胁着中小学生的人身安全,部分犯罪甚至造成了十分惨重的后果,给社会的稳定和人民的生命财产安全带来了极大的危害。从速、从严打击暴力犯罪还校园以安宁,切实保护中小学生的人身安全成为广大人民群众的迫切心声。然当前,无论学界、还是实务界对中小学生人身安全防范的研究都十分薄弱,如何采取有效措施加以保护校园及校园周边地区中小学生人身安全,防范暴力犯罪侵害成为当务之急。

Research on Primary and Middle School Campus Security - From the Perspective of Preventing Off-campus Violent Crime Injury

In recent years,violent crime frequently appeared in primary and middle schools and surrounding areas and thus put a serious threat to the personal safety of school children.Some crime even caused very disastrous consequences and brought enormous harm to social stability and the safety of people＇s lives and property.And people are urged to strictly and quickly combat with violent crime so as to protect the personal safety of primary and middle school students.However,not much study was done on personal safety precautions for primary and middle school students.So it is very imperative to take effective measures to protect the personal safety of these school children on campus and in surrounding areas.
