论警察教育训练任务隐性张力的显性利用

从公安部《公安机关人民警察训练条令》和湖南等省公安厅与森林公安局的民警培训调研情况来看,中国的警察任务隐性张力研究基本还是一个空白。虽然湖南等地的公安（森林）民警培训实践,已为研究创造了条件,＂警情含量理论＂已为研究提供了支撑,但是,要从警察训练任务隐性张力研究走到警察任务隐性张力的显性利用,要使其在提高警察教育训练水平层次和提高警察队伍整体能力素质中发挥应有的作用,还有很长的路要走。

On the Explicit Use of Recessive Tension of the Police Training Task

Based on the people＇s police training doctrine of the ministry of public security organs,an investigation on the police training by Hunan Provincial Public Security Department and Forest Public Security Bureau points out that research on recessive tension of Chinese police training task is still a blank.Although the Hunan public security（forest） police training practice have created a condition for research,the ＂police situation theory＂ has offered a strong support for research,there still have a long way to go to move from the research on police training mission to the research on explicit use of the recessive tension of police mission,so as to play an active role in updating the training level of police education and improving the overall quality of the police team.
