警察执法规范化是指警察机关依据法律法规和内部规程办理各类案件,执行勤务所形成的基本体系,是警察必须遵循的行为准则,是依法行政,依法治警在公安工作中的具体体现,也是现代警务机制和公安队伍正规化建设的重要组成部分。进一步加强警察执法规范化建设的关键在于将执法规范化建设的法律法规落实到公安行政执法与刑事司法之中,强化警察执法监督,严惩滥用职权、徇私枉法的腐败行为;严格纪律,加强内部控制,树立正确的执法理念;同时要创造良好的执法环境,规范选择性执法。

A Comparative Study on the Construction of the Standardization of Police Enforcement at Home and Abroad
