公安院校大学生专业承诺现状调查研究

从某公安部属院校随机抽取了206名大学生进行调查,目的在于了解公安院校大学生的专业承诺状况。结果表明,公安院校大学生的专业承诺处于中等偏上的水平;不同性别学生专业承诺的差异不显著;不同籍贯学生专业承诺的差异不显著;刑侦类专业的学生在继续承诺上得分显著高于刑技类专业的学生;学业自我评价良好的学生在专业承诺及其所有附属维度上得分显著高于学业自我评价较差的学生;理想型入学动机的学生在情感承诺上得分显著高于就业型入学动机的学生。

A Survey on the Professional Commitment of Public Security College Students

A random sample of 206 public security college students in a certain Chinese Police College were investigated,aiming at understanding the status quo of their professional commitment.The result shows that the public security college students＇ professional commitment is at a medium or above level;there is no significant difference among student of different sex and from different birthplace;the continuance commitment of criminal investgation major students was obviously higher than the students of criminal technology major;the professional commitment of students with a good self-assessment was much higher than those poor self-assessment students;the emotional commitment of students with ideal enrollment motivation was significantly higher than those employment type.
