| 摘 要： | 随着恐怖主义活动在世界范围内的猖獗,国内外学者对恐怖主义的理论研究越来越系统和深入。然而对恐怖主义的犯罪目的并没有一个能被理论界所接受的统一的概念。实际上,恐怖主义的犯罪目的是特定的政治目的和社会目的,具体又可分为直接目的、恐怖目的、追求目的和根本目的。这样界定恐怖主义的犯罪目的既能较好地反映恐怖主义的主观方面特征,也有利于更深入地把握恐怖主义的本质。
