浅议我国未成年人监护制度的完善

当前，我国各级权力机关、行政机关、司法机关较重视未成年人利益，采用刑法、民法、行政法等多种法律进行保护，但是由于各种因素的影响，社会上残害、虐待莱成年人的恶性事件也在时常发生，我国未成年人监护制度还存在系列问题。大陆法系和英美法系国家对监护问题都非常重视，制定了比较完备、操作性强、有利于未成年人发展与保护的监护制度，对我国监护制度改革有借鉴之处。在借鉴外国立法的同时，我们有必要重新审视和完善我国的未成年人监护制度。

On Improving the Chinese Juvenile Supervision System

Today, China＇s authorities at all levels, including the executive, legislative and judicial organs, try their best to protect the interests of juveniles by using criminal law, civil law and administrative law. However, because of various factors, malignant events like harm or abuse of juveniles occur frequently, which shows that there are still many problems in our country＇s juvenile supervision system. The Continental law system and Anglo-American law system all paid a lot of attention to this issue and has made a complete and feasible juveniles supervision system which is especially beneficial to young people＂ growth. So we can learn some lessons from the legisltion of other eomtries and then reconsider and improve our country＇s juvenile supervision system.
