On Treating the Four Major Relationships Comprehensively in Reforming the Recruiting and Training System in Police Colleges

In the process of reforming the recruiting and training system in the new police colleges,it is very important to comprehensively treat the four relationships which refer to the relationship between the reform of recruiting and training system and the running patterns of undergraduate colleges,the relationship between the rules of higher education and college-running features,the relationship between the police college education and in-service training of police and the relationship between the police college education and the general major education,so that we can adhere to the internal development with distinctive characteristics.
