| 摘 要： | 本文从流民现象进行分析,指出在已有的城市化实践中,农民的迁移选择权利是缺失的。农民在城市化演进中的选择权缺失,既不利用城市化的进步,也损害了农民群体的利益。要让农民获取城市化中的选择权,就必须进行现有农地产权制度的变迁。
