| 摘 要： | 法律规则需要解释才能细化和明晰,本文在已有的研究成果基础上,运用文义、目的和宗旨等主要的法律解释方法对《服务贸易总协定》及其适用范围进行具体的诠释,进一步阐释了如何将主要的法律解释方法应用于对具体规则的解读,更重要的价值在于为在国际经济争端中正确理解WTO具体规则提供了合乎法理的路径选择。

| Abstract: | Legal rules need interpretation to be explicit.This paper use a few leading methods including interpretation within the context,aims and objectives to interpret GATS and its scope of application.This demonstrates how to apply legal interpretation into WTO rules.The more important purpose of this paper is to set forth an appropriate legitimate means to understand WTO rules in any international economic disputes. |
