| 摘 要： | 自然法具有悠久的历史,其本质是被用来为某种既有的或者期望中的社会、经济和法律体系提供道德上的支撑,它对人们的政治和法律意识有着深远的影响.在不同的历史时期,人们对自然法的理解存在很大差异,所以一直以来,对自然法的表述众说纷纭,在这种不断思考、总结与实践中,人们对它的理解正不断进步和深化.然而,直到现在,自然法在理论上仍有很多难题没有解决.

| Abstract: | The natural law,which always be used to encourage some kinds of society,economics,and law systems in ethics,has a long history.It also has a deep impact for humen's thoughts in politics and law.In the different history periods,the cognizances of people for the natural law are very different. For this reason,the characteries of the natural law are different too.People's comprehensions about it are more and more deeply by the help of continual thinking,summing and practicing.However,there are still many difficulties in the rationale of natural law. |
