| Abstract: | The legal system construction is a center work of the grass-roots public security organs. The grass-roots public security organs should advance its legal system construction actively with the guidance of the spirits of the 20th Public Security Work Session in order to attain the targets of modernized law enforcement idea, normalized law enforcement troops, standardized law enforcement, scientific means and methods of law enforcement and whole-course supervision. |
