浅析警察院校学生社会化问题及对策研究

随着现代社会的不断发展以及现代科技的不断进步,其对警务从业人员的社会化水平有了更高的要求和挑战。但由于警察院校在学生性别结构,学科、专业及课程设置,管理模式及办学传统等方面不利于其学生社会化的顺利进行。因此,各警察院校必须从课程建设、实践教学以及课外活动等层面着手,不断提升警察院校学生的社会化水平。

Brief Analysis of Police School Students Social Problems and Countermeasures

With the continuous development of modern society,as well as modern technology continues to progress,it makes a higher demands and challenges on the social level for the police employees.However,there are some problems in student-sex structure,discipline,professional and curriculum,management model and school tradition in the police schools which adverse to its students’ socialization carried out smoothly.Therefore,the police schools need to from course construction,practice teaching and extra-curricular activities,to improve the level of socialization of the police college students.
