| 摘 要： | 政治文明与构建和谐社会在根本上是一致的,政治文明的性质及政治文明在构建和谐社会中的历史地位和作用决定了政治文明对和谐社会建设的引导作用。政治文明是和谐社会的核心构成,对构建和谐社会发挥着政治保障作用。构建和谐社会对政治文明具有积极促进作用。两者统一于人的自由而全面的发展。

| Abstract: | Political civilization is in accordance with the construction of harmonious society basically.Its historic position and function decide its guiding role on social harmony construction.As a key section of harmonious society,political civilization plays the role of political guarantee,while building harmonious society promotes political civilization.Therefore,both unified in free of human development in an all round way. |
