关于我市工会系统践行“三服务”理念情况的调研报告

为科学发展服务、为职工群众服务、为基层企事业服务,这是天津市总工会提出的全市工会工作新理念,目前已融入各级工会的工作之中,并创造出不少新方式与新方法。但对这一理念的践行,目前也存在一些亟需改善之处。今后应进一步提高工会干部对"三服务"理念重要性的认识与运作能力,努力完善其工作机制,以求能取得最佳服务效果。
