| 摘 要： | 鉴于银行业务外包的发展及其可能带来的金融风险，国际社会纷纷出台相应的规则对其进行监管。考虑自身的实际情况，各监管规则在具体内容上有区别，但也有一些基本的经验可供借鉴。我国近年出台的《电子银行业务管理办法》首次就外包进行了规定，这对我国银行业务外包的发展具有积极意义。但是，相对国际社会，我国银行业务外包监管规则还存在较大的缺陷，应进一步完善。
