环境法学研究30年:回顾与展望

在过去的30年中,年轻的环境法学在环境法学学科基础、环境法基础理论、环境法制度等方面都做过认真的研究,开展了一些理论争鸣,对环境法的历史使命等重大理论问题上取得了新的成果,研究方法渐趋多元化,学科独立性逐步增强,形成了新的理论体系。进一步完善环境法学理论体系,解决环境法制建设中的理论与实践问题、新的环境法学理论与传统法制实践的冲突处理问题等,将成为未来一个时期环境法学研究的重要任务。

Environment law for 30 Years:Review and Prospect

During past 30 years ,these scholars have serious researched on the subject footstone of environment laws,the basic theory of environment legal system ,and so on.Of course ,they have intensely argued the theoretical problems of these fields.As a result,we have abtained new achivements on history mission of environment law and shaped new theoretical system of it .Furthermore ,the study methods also tends to multiplicity and the independence of subject graduatlly strenghthen .These important assignments of environment laws during the furture are to improve its theoretical system and to solve these problems of environment legislation and to harmonize the conflict between new environment laws theory and old legal practice.
