| 摘 要： | 构建和谐世界是人类的共同愿望，数千万海外侨胞是构建和谐世界的重要推动力量。中国在国际舞台上发挥着巨大的影响力，中国与他国和谐相处、两岸和平发展是构建和谐世界的必要条件，而华侨华人是中国和平外交、两岸和平统一的桥梁与纽带、是承载和传承中国和谐文化的使者，华桥华人的资本也是和谐的经济基础。因此，华侨华人对维护世界和平发展发挥着不可替代的作用，对中国外交、两岸和平统一和和谐世界的构建发挥着重要的作用。
