摘    要:用人单位内部劳动规章具有法律效力的要件之一是内容合法。内部劳动规章内容的合法性意味着内部劳动规章不得违反劳动法强制性规范,不得侵犯劳动者作为公民的基本权利,不得违反劳动合同和集体合同。

Abstract:One of the key factors for the employment enterprises and units to carry out the internal labor rules and regulations and the law effectiveness of the important documents is that the contents must be lawful. The lawfulness of the contents of the internal labor rules and regulations mean that the internal labor rules and regulations should not infringe the forcing regulations, and it does not infringe the basic rights and interests of the citizens as the laborers, and the laborers are not allowed to infringe the labor contract and collective contract.
