| 摘 要： | 目前我国对聋哑人犯罪案件的诉讼程序设置还存在疏漏,笔者根据现有法律的规定,结合当前司法实践的情况,从保障诉讼程序正义的角度出发,提出要从聋哑人的认定、手语翻译的相关制度、聘请律师、诉讼中的知情权、审判程序五方面入手,对聋哑人犯罪案件的诉讼程序设置加以完善。

| Abstract: | At present,there exists the oversight in the legal procedure establishment of deaf-mute criminall in our country.Based on the current judicial practice,existing law system and from the angle of safeguard of procedure justice,the author proposes we should improve the procedure of the deaf-mute criminal crime from five aspects,including the recognization of deaf-mute person,the sign language translation system,the system of inviting attorney,the right to learn the truth and the trial program. |
