浅谈构建和谐政党关系与正确发挥参政党的作用

几十年来,各民主党派严格按照政治准则,通过与执政党的合作协商、民主监督、参政履职,坚持以国家、民族利益为重,为维护安定团结的政治局面,为实现共同的政治目标风雨同舟携手共进。进入新世纪以来,面临新的、更高的历史任务,执政党提升了新的标准,全面提高全党的执政能力,并相应采取了许多改革措施。与此相适应,参政党在政治把握能力、参政议政能力、组织领导能力、合作共事能力等方面也提出了新的更高的要求。处理好执政党与参政党的合作和谐关系,正确发挥好参政党的作用对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大的政治意义和现实意义。

Build the Harmonious Relationship between Political Parties and Rightly Bring Participating Parties into Play

For decades, the Democratic Parties strictly abided by political criterion and cooperated with the Ruling Party in consultation, democratic supervision and participation in politics to perform their duties. They placed the state and nation＇s interests first, adhered to maintain political stability and unity with government for the common political goal ＂in the same boat＂ hand in hand. In new century, facing new, higher historic mission, the Ruling Party has raised new standards and accordingly adopted many reform measures in order to comprehensively improve her governing capacity. To adapt, the Democratic Parties follow to put forward some new and higher requirements in political ability to grasp, participate, organize and cooperate with Ruling Party. Successfully dealing with the harmonious relationship between Ruling Party and Democratic Parties, as well as binging Democratic Parties into play properly, will be very important in politics and reality for harmonious socialistic construction.
