| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是新世纪新阶段党提出的社会发展目标．社会阶层和谐是社会和谐与社会稳定的内在要求。本文从构建和谐社会的视角，阐释高度重视农民工子女城市融入问题的重要性和紧迫性；分析农民工子女城市融入的困境与障碍性因素；着重就农民工子女有效融入域市、促进社会和谐与社会稳定提出对策性思考。
