How Local governments promote modern agricultural development: comprehension about the policies and experiences of Japanese Oita city

Japan is the typical country that achieves agriculture modernization rapidly through government＇s agricultural macroscopic policy guidance. This article takes the Oita city of Japanese as the case,makes a detailed explanation on the polices promoting the modern agriculture development that the local governments of developed countries take and on the achievements taken by the local governments’promotion;finally,on the base of the conclusion of successful experiences in agricultural policies in Oita city,this article draws out the meaningful reference that the successful experiences of developed countries to effect on China＇s local governments in promoting the development of modern agriculture.
