| Abstract: | Governmental force of public faith means itself capability to obtain credibility from both social organization and the public, and the subjective evaluation of social organization and the public to their capability and performance. It depends on commonality and democracy of principle, rationality of organization, scientific feature of policy-making and cohesion of complementation. |
