| 摘 要： | 老挝是东盟成员国，但由于历史原因，老挝与东盟关系却经历了冷淡时期（1975～1985年）、接触和交往时期（1986～1996年）、融入东盟发挥作用得到实惠时期（1997年至今）等3个时期，本文将就老挝与东盟的关系作些阐述。

| Abstract: | The relation between Laos and ASEAN can be divided into three periods, namely the period from 1975, the time of founding state to 1985, time of being hostile to ASEAN; the period from 1986 to 1996, time of Laos contacting and interacting with ASEAN and the period from 1997 till now, time of Laos thawing into ASEAN, making its role and gaining its boon. Especially, since joining into ASEAN 10 years ago, Laos has participated atively in lots of activities organized by ASEAN, won lots of benefit, and got a remarkable achievement. |
