| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果,是对人类社会发展规律的深化。在评价科学发展观历史地位的基础上进一步探讨科学发展观的科学性。科学发展观作为新的社会发展指导理论,其科学性体现在明确回答了"什么是发展"、"发展为什么"、"如何发展"、"怎样评价发展"、"发展什么"等重大理论问题。
