论中国经济法的定位

我国经济法理论体系中的某些定位错失是显而易见的,如社会本位的数量化、属性定位的唯理化、调整关系的泛化以及调整方法的单一化等,不仅如此,各个定位区间也存在着逻辑性冲突;因此,经济法工作者需要认真审视这些错失,在理论建构和实践探索方面进行反思。

On the Evaluation of China''''s Economic Law

The evaluation of China's economic law has some obvious defects,e.g.,too much emphasis on quantified social standards,excessive preference for theoretical rationalism,vagueness of social relations,and unitary methodology of regulation,as well as certain logical conflicts in its internal harmonization.So jurists of economic law should seriously consider these problems both in theory and in practice.
