| 摘 要： | 我国国际私法立法的起步较晚,但在借鉴国际先进立法的同时,自身也有了长足的进步。不过,现行立法内容仍存有诸多缺憾,立法形式亦有待变革。而两岸三地间民商事交往活动的迅猛发展也对日后区际私法的完善提出了极大的挑战。

| Abstract: | Private international law in China started rather late.China has made a great progress while using some advanced international legislations for reference.However,there still exist some defects in the content of legislation and the form of legislation needs to be reformed.The rapid development of civil and commercial exchange among mainland China,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan poses great challenge for the perfection of regional private law. |
