Although Chinese literature and Japanese literature are all in the circle of Oriental Literature, and furthermore, Japanese literature has been deeply influenced by Chinese literature since the ancient time and it has a very similar appearance to Chinese literature, the basic ideas of literature between the two countries are very different. The idea difference directly showed in the characteristic literatures of both countries, and it also influenced the writers' experiences and fate of both countries.
