| 摘 要： | 我国传统的高等教育的教学模式在很大程度上阻碍了创新人才的培养。因此如何将新的人才观、质量观付诸实践，进而引进教学观念和教学方法的改革，使大学真正成为构建和培养创造性人才的场所，就成为我国高等教育面临的重要任务。

| Abstract: | China's traditional teaching model for higher education greatly impedes the training of creative talents.Thus,it becomes an important task to put new idea of talent and idea of quality into practice with the introduction of the reform on teaching concept and way making universities a real place of building and training the creative talents. |
